By accessing or using ParcelMatch (“the Service”), operated by The Brodsky Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ParcelMatch provides AI-powered property intelligence for the Los Angeles single-family residential market. The Service includes property search, data analytics, lead generation tools, and related features. The Service is currently in beta and features may change.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service.
• Harass, stalk, or contact property owners in violation of applicable do-not-call or anti-harassment laws.

5. Data Accuracy

ParcelMatch aggregates data from public records, third-party providers, and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Property valuations, distress signals, and AI scores are estimates and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and compiled data, is the property of The Brodsky Group. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Pricing & Billing

The Service is currently free during beta. Future pricing will be communicated before any charges apply. Beta users who subscribe to launch notifications may receive promotional pricing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brodsky Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
